Best Ear Pro with Directional Microphones Hearing Aids -12 Bands/2 Channels/4 Preset Memories

I needed a new pair of hearing aids, but I couldn't afford 4 to 6 thousand dollars. After checking online I decided to try Century Hearing Aids. The price was right and the guarantee was good. They were a lot better than my $5,000 ones. There is no feedback or whistling etc. Sure liked the price.

After a while one went dead. Called Jon and he said no problem. He would get one in the mail right away. 2 days later I received it. Nice to be able to "talk" with the owner when you have a problem.

When my Schnauzer (dog) chewed one up I thought well there goes 4 to 5 hundred dollars. I talked to Jon and explained the problem, and he said he could replace it for $150. I was more than satisfied with that. I am 83 years old and I don't think I have ever been treated any better when there is a problem. 5 star rating for everything.

Thanks Jon. I’ll try that . Tonight I wore my new aid at the yacht club the most hearing environmentally unfriendly place I ever go to. It was better than my expensive one. I find the behind the ear button much easier and less obtrusive than my remote, which I have to use to adjust my other ( Phonak ) aid which cost almost 5 times as much. All in all I’m pleased with the performance. It does improve my hearing.

I love it, its amazing. I fell asleep with it. I can talk on the phone without switching to telecoil. I use it with my stethescope and it works - Fits good. Love the results.

Jon, Thanks for the quick delivery of my new hearing aids! They are awesome. I have a favor to ask. It looks like I can recover the cost through our health insurance plan.

The instructions I've received are that I need an itemized bill containing the following:

Name, address and IRS tax id number of provider
Diagnosis code (ICD-9) from provider (audiologist report??)
Procedure codes (CPT-4, HCPCS, ADA or UB-04 from provider (don't know what this is)
Date of service and itemized charge for each service rendered

I appreciate all that you have provided in service for me over the years. I could have gone to a local, in network provider but you have earned my business with outstanding service in the past. My provider is Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield. Thank you.

Best thing I have ever had. I can hear music better. I love it. I wore these more than my first pair.

Jon I have now used my hearing aids for a couple of months and I really like them in my opinion they are the best you can buy for the money and believe me I shopped around before finding Century Hearing. Now when I go to Church I can hear the priest's sermon and not nod off like before LOL. Keep up the good work.

After a hearing test, he thought his lowest priced model, at $2800.00 per pair, wouldn't fix my loss. I needed to go up to a more expensive model. Instead, I researched the offerings on the internet, and chose Century. After all, I could return them within 30 days for a refund if I didn't like them.
